  • Passion Fruit Raspberry Charlotte

    Alternating layers of vanilla sponge cake with one layer of passion fruit mousse, and one layer of raspberry mousse. The cake is wrapped in a colorful almond jaconde sponge, and topped with a passion fruit glaze.

  • Carrot Cake

    Carrot Cake

    Our decadent carrot cake is filled with carrots, raisins and golden raisins, walnuts and pineapple. Two layers of carrot cake is filled and frosted with an Italian cream cheese buttercream.

  • Apricot Raspberry Frangipane Tart

    Vanilla butter short-dough shell lined with a raspberry marmalade, filled and baked with an almond frangipane, fresh raspberries and apricots. Finished with an apricot glaze.

  • Pear Raspberry Frangipane Tart

    Vanilla butter short-dough shell lined with a raspberry marmalade, filled and baked with an almond frangipane, fresh raspberries and pears. Finished with an apricot glaze.

  • Raspberry Charlotte

    Alternating layer of vanilla sponge cake with raspberry mousse, wrapped in vanilla roulade, and glazed with a raspberry Swiss seedless marmalade.

  • Lemon Charlotte

    Alternating layers of vanilla sponge cake with lemon mousse, wrapped in vanilla lady fingers and glazed with lemon curd.

  • Fruits of the Forest Frangipane Tart

    A vanilla butter short dough shell lined with raspberry Swiss marmalade, filled with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackbernies and blueberries with an almond cake. After baking, it is glazed with apricot, and garnished seasonally.

  • Chocolate Flourless Cake

    Our rich, dark chocolate soufflé cake is thinly masked in chocolate Swiss buttercream and enrobed in dark chocolate ganache.

    Alternating layers of chocolate sponge cake with chocolate mousse, thinly masked in chocolate Swiss buttercream, and robed in dark chocolate ganache.
