  • Chambray Gateau

    Alternating layers of chocolate sponge cake with white chocolate peppermint mousse and home made chocolate peppermint bark, frosted in chocolate Swiss buttercream.

  • Snowflake Cake

    Alternating layers of vanilla sponge cake with a thin layer of raspberry Swiss marmalade and white chocolate mousse, frosted in a vanilla Italian buttercream.

  • Austrian Linzer Tart

    Hazelnut tart shell filled with a raspberry Swiss marmalade baked to perfection!

  • Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Tart

    Vanilla butter short-dough shell filled and baked with dark chocolate chunks, pecans, and a brown sugar filling. Glazed with an apricot-bourbon glaze.

  • Raspberry Charlotte

    Alternating layer of vanilla sponge cake with raspberry mousse, wrapped in vanilla roulade, and glazed with a raspberry Swiss seedless marmalade.

  • Lemon Charlotte

  • Fruits of the Forest Frangipane Tart

    A vanilla butter short dough shell lined with raspberry Swiss marmalade, filled with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackbernies and blueberries with an almond cake. After baking, it is glazed with apricot, and garnished seasonally.

    Our rich, dark chocolate soufflé cake is thinly masked in chocolate Swiss buttercream and enrobed in dark chocolate ganache.
