Fruits of the Forest Frangipane Tart
A vanilla butter short dough shell lined with raspberry Swiss marmalade, filled with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackbernies and blueberries with an almond cake. After baking, it is glazed with apricot, and garnished seasonally.
