Decadent cakes with seasonal ingredients!

To ensure availability of your selection, please place orders with 7-10 days notice. A daily selection of our standard 8” size is also available in our showcase.

For any size cake outside of our 8” size from our seasonal menu, we need a minimum of 1 weeks notice to accommodate the specialty sizing.

  • Cherry Apricot Frangipane Tart

    A vanilla butter-short dough shell, lined with apricot Swiss marmalade, filled cherries in an almond frangipane cake. Glazed with an apricot marmalade.

    Allergens: nuts (almonds), gluten, dairy, eggs.

  • Pear Raspberry Frangipane Tart

    A vanilla butter short-dough shell lined with a raspberry marmalade, filed and baked with a light almond cake and fresh slices of pear, and fresh raspberries.

    Allergens: nuts (almonds), gluten, dairy, eggs.

  • Fruits of the Forest Frangipane Tart

    A vanilla butter-short dough shell, lined with raspberry Swiss marmalade, filled assorted berries baked in a almond frangipane cake. glazed with an apricot marmalade.

  • Passion Fruit Raspberry Charlotte

    Alternating layers of vanilla sponge cake with one layer of raspberry mousse and one layer of passion fruit mousse, lined with a passion fruit glaze and wrapped in vanilla roulade.

    Allergens: gelatin, gluten, dairy, eggs.

  • Raspberry Charlotte

    Alternating layers of vanilla sponge cake and raspberry mousse, lined with a thin layer of raspberry Swiss marmalade, and wrapped in vanilla roulade.

    Allergens: gelatin, gluten, dairy, eggs.

  • Lemon Charlotte

    Alternating layers of vanilla sponge cake with lemon mousse, lined with lemon curd, and wrapped in vanilla lady fingers. Glazed with a thin layer of lemon curd.

    Allergens: gelatin, gluten, dairy, eggs.

  • Chocolate Flourless Cake

    Rich and delicious chocolate soufflé cake, masked in a thin layer of chocolate Swiss buttercream, enrobed in a dark chocolate ganache. A chocolate lovers dream.

    *Naturally gluten-friendly.

  • White Chocolate Raspberry Torte

    Three layers of vanilla sponge cake lined with a thin layer of raspberry Swiss marmalade and filled with white chocolate mousse. Then frosted with vanilla Italian buttercream.

    Keep refrigerated until 1-2 hours prior to serving.

    Allergens: gelatin, gluten dairy, eggs.

  • Chocolate Bavarian Torte

    Alternating layers of chocolate sponge cake and chocolate mousse, masked with a thin layer of chocolate Swiss buttercream, and enrobed in dark chocolate ganache.

  • Fresh Fruit Cheesecake

    Our vanilla bean cheesecake sits on a thin layer of vanilla sponge cake. Ontop, we have a thin layer of Swiss strawberry marmalade, garnished with seasonal fresh fruit, and sometimes fresh whipped cream!

  • Chef's Assorted Miniature Pastries

    We can place orders for a chefs assortment of miniature and/or individual pastry items.

    For specific items or large amounts (exceeding 75 pieces,) please give us a minimum of one weeks notice.
